JALT CUE 2021 Attend a session

Thank you for registering for the JALT CUE 2021 Conference, to be held on Saturday, September 11. Below you will find some information regarding the online event:

 

To access the presentations, just go to the session on Edzilla and click the link. (You must be logged in and have a ticket.) For the plenary, professional development sessions, and the conference social, you will be taken directly to the Zoom room where the session is being held. 

 

The 25-minute presentations will be held in breakout rooms in one Zoom meeting (instead of in separate Zoom meetings). This means that when you click the link to your selected presentation on Edzilla, you’ll be taken to the main Zoom room.

 

Then self-select the breakout room for your presentation. If you forget which breakout room your presentation is in, then just look at the screen share to guide you. If your Zoom is up to date, then you should be able to self-select a breakout room, but if you can’t, one of our volunteers will help.

Lounge

If you want to continue the discussion after the presentation ends, please choose one of the breakout rooms labeled “lounge”. These rooms will be open from 9:00-11:00 and 13:15-15:15, so please feel free to use them to chat with your colleagues.
